    On the contrary, our organization operates differently. We maintain rigorous standards for those who wish to represent our company's products and services. Potential sales representatives must undergo a comprehensive training program and successfully pass both written and verbal evaluations conducted by a sales coach. Our acceptance criteria are stringent, ensuring ethical sales practices and alignment with our company's values and culture.

    Our objective is not to keep people long-term. Instead, we aim to equip them with valuable sales experience, enabling them to be competitive candidates for other sales positions after our program. We typically recommend our training program for a period of 1-2 months, after which individuals are encouraged & shown how to find and land sales jobs elsewhere, in fact we run another company called RepConnect that is a software/ recruiting agency connecting business owners to sales reps. Contrary to models that aim to keep representatives indefinitely, our focus is on their professional development & launching a sales career.

    These leads can encompass individuals who have actively joined one of our Facebook groups, some of the leads may have put their phone number or email.

    Note that these leads are not considered "Hot" or "Super Good" leads, they're just for you to get some practice and possibly make sales, but more importantly get REAL sales experience.

    You need to ensure that you have signed your XRep contract, as this is the initial step towards receiving payment. This contract only needs to be signed once. After you fill out + submit the form from the link provided below you will receive a contract to your email that needs to be signed within 24 hours of receiving it.

    2. Client Contract Signing:

    The client will need to sign their “New Client Contrac” which is a crucial milestone in the payment process. Upon closing a new client this is the most important step. The link below will need to be filled out and submitted correctly in order for the client to receive their contract and in order for you to be paid.

    Completion of Onboarding:

    Once the onboarding process is finalized, including all necessary documentation and requirements submitted, you are closer to receiving your payment.
